My Question or Issue

I am a Premium of Spotify. Recently I gonna to build a music recommender system inspired by this and this.

One of them use his iTunes dataset and another use the public free.

So could I use Spotify music data to achieve that? It's not commercial.

Though I will post the result finally on Medium and GitHub, I won't post the mp3 files. I feed the machine with a spectrum which is png files. 

Is it Okay? If not, please tell me to stop.
