Can a song in a playlist change by itself?

Recently went to a playlist to listen to a song only to discover its not there and also found a song (i think where the old one was) that ihadnt added to it before

Can songs change by themselves e.g. the url for the old song got changed and the new song uses it instead now

The song URI should not change. We do have playlists that are being updated regularly so perhaps this is what you have noticed?

If it's one of your own playlists where a song has been replaced, could you find out which song it used to be and which song it is now?
