Can send a message only to one of my friends

only one of my friends is coming up as an option to message, and when i search for the others they also arent coming up, why is this?

Since you're able to message one person, it could mean that your other friends have opted out of Spotify Messages. No worries. If it's possible, reach out to some of them to make sure that they've toggled on the Messages setting within the app. More info you can find in this article.
