Can't Add Songs to Playlist

My Question or Issue

 I can't add songs to my existing playlist which only has 76 songs. When I click the option "Add to Playlist" from my library or search results the only option is to create a new playlist. I've Googled it, and others say the songs/list limit is 10,000?

If yes, could you try to use a different browser to see if that happens there too?
