Hello, I can't connect to the Spotify app on my tv, despite being on the same network, having the latest updates on my tv and the app and having a great internet connection (I'm able to play YouTube videos without any problem). I reinstalled the app, tried to connect with Spotify Connect and username and password but nothing works.

You mentioned in your message that you can't connect to Spotify when using the TV app. Just to confirm, do you see an error message when this happens? It'd be helpful if you could share some additional details on what happens when you try to connect via Connect or directly through the TV app.
In the meanwhile, if you haven't tried this already, it'd be a good idea performing a hard reset of your TV to see if that helps.
If possible, we'd also suggest trying a different network connection.
