Can't find album on Desktop application but CAN on web player

I had been looking for the Tragically Hip's - Phantom Power album on Spotify's Windows Desktop application.  No luck.  So I searched google and sure enough it popped up on Spotify's Web player?!  Why would I be able to listen to it through the web player but not my desktop?  I'm a premium subscriber so I don't think it's that.  Thoughts??

I've further found it but could only access through the web then open in desktop but 2/3 of the tracks are missing.
