Can't find music for specific people, and other friend can.

I have an account from Peru, and I can't find Music from artist "TK". There is another friend who has antoher account from Peru also, but he can find more songs from "TK". Why is that? 

Example for Search:

I can't find song named "Inminente Conjuncion"

My frien find it with his account.

Why is that difference?
