Can't jump forwards or go backwards on Tracks added from Local file

Hey Spotify Community,

So as the title says, the tracks I added into my Playlist from Local files are playable,

but if I try to skip parts or re-play certain parts, the Client is in-responsive for a second and the whole song is being replayed.

This applies to every track added from local file.

If I play the songs ( from Local File ) with for example Win Media Player, it works fine.

Playlists are downloaded and it's synced to my phone if that could be of any importance.
