Can't log in from my Lumia 630

Hi, i can't log in from my lumia 630, windows 8.1. I uninstalled the app and reinstall it; does not work. I have installed on the phone and on the SD card, and nothing. It stays in the home page without connecting. I have gone download it and clean the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and doesn't work. I have tried to connect from my data packet and from the wifi, nothing. All i have tried every solutions online without success, and the strange thing is that in the pc works great.

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process.

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

Where are you currently trying to use Spotify?

Are you abroad for more then 14 days ? Because this can cause some troubles with the login.
