Can't play my local files??

I hvae some local files on my spotify, but I cant download them to play when im offline.. Does anyone else have this problem?
What can I do to fix it?

Did you went trough these steps while syncing your music ? If you did so, please give us a bit more detailed explaination about where is your problem located.
