Can't submit my spotify artist request

Hey everyone. I've tried creating the artist page for my new Artist alias. When I am about to submit my application, it wants me to add a twitter account. So I made one. But when I click connect. I get an error with:

504 Gateway Time-out.

So what should I do? Do I need to connect a twitter account?

I am having the same problem right now. I changed PC and browser but still no effect. Hopefully someone from spotify support would help us out.

contact them through this link: Contact Spotify Support ( Email Update).

Request to change your email this way as changing it through "edit my profile" currently does not work.
