I signed up to the spotify premium trial and have forgotten my password however the email I used to sign up on I deleted... I'm stuck and don't know what to do? I am worried o will start paying to premium and I can't even use it

Hmm.

 

My best bet is to click here to send a support case to Spotify without needing to log in.

Thank you, it's sending my email to my old account so I won't be able to receive the reply do you know how to change that?
