My Question or Issue
I was listening music as always on my laptop and an ad appeared, it said that if I had completed a survey I would have received 3 Spotify Premium months for free. When I clicked on it, I was redirected to a blank page without getting nothing 😕
I've never even tried Premium service and I would to get it for 3 months tbh
What should I do?

Hey @KLVB, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this.

If you clicked this from an ad and didn't see the survey, then I'm afraid there isn't anything to do except wait for another ad that shows the link to the survey again.

Since you haven't tried Premium in the past, you can take advantage of the trial offer. More info on Premium and getting started can be found here

Hope this helps!
