Cannot make friend's playlist public

My Question or Issue

I cannot make my friend's playlist "public" anymore. I have a rather new account and I wanted to have my friend's playlists publicly on it. Usually,  I remember going to the playlist side bar, right clicking on the playlist and selecting "Make Public". Unfortunately, when I try to do it now, it does not work... Why can't I do that?

Currently, it's not possible to make the followed playlists public in the new desktop client. 

In this case, we suggest that you post your feedback on this thread which is being monitored by the right teams and it helps us to keep improving the app.
