Cant Unlink Old PS4 Account through the website.

My Question or Issue

Hi, 

I've recently had trouble unlinking an old PS4 account off this spotify account. Im unable to access my old PS4 account so im trying to unlink from the web browser. However when I press unlink and refresh it just doesnt unlink the account. Instead it just goes back to saying "Remove Account"

Any Help Would be Great

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

To unlink your Spotify account from a PlayStation account that you don't have access to, you'll need to get in touch with the PlayStation support team via the @AskPlayStation account on Twitter or via the PlayStation support site.

They should be able to remove the link between the old PlayStation account and your Spotify account.
