Cant organize songs in playlist

For some reason in only one of my playlists, I cannot organize the songs. When I try to drag the songs nothing happens and they won't move, yet I do the same things on other playlists and it works. I do not have the arrows over artist toggled either which may prevent the songs from being moved so i am really at a loss, any help would be appreciated

I was having the same problem. I just added the song I was listening to to the playlist then removed it and now the re-arranging is working fine.

Hard to test this fix because the problem is hard to re-create, but this worked for me!
