Canvass Button suddenly disappear

I just recently created new account for me to have the Canvass feature. Yes! The canvass pops up. I log out the new acct and check my old account, still doesn't have canvass setting. 

but when I log in again to my newly created account, the canvass switch in playback was disappear What happened? I'm using iPhone 6S with newly updated iOS.

I recommend you disable the Data-Saver option on your device and do a clean reinstall, following the steps described in this article. 

If your Canvas feature is still not available after that please add your +Vote to this Ongoing Issue and keep your app updated to make sure you always have the latest and best version of Spotify. You can also subscribe to the topic to get updates new info gets shared.

Still not available. Why in my old android phone Canvass is available but when I switch to iOS the Canvass setting was disappear. I wish you will fix that problem
