Charged for nothing

Hi, so my problem is, that I got charged for 2.99euros for nothing.

I wanted to go premium w/student discount, but it didn't gave me chance to prove that I'm really studying and right away charged me (btw I'm still not premium).

It even said it won't charge me, but it did.

The payment is in my bank in booked payments, but I'm not sure if it's really gonna cancel or not.

If your account still shows as Free on your account page and you haven't received a mail from Spotify about payment confirmation, it's likely a pending charge. You can check the status of the charge on your bank statement. If it appears as pending/pre-auth/processing, this article can explain it for you 🙂
