[Chromecast] New on-TV display is unreadable in places

[Chromecast] New on-TV display is unreadable in places

A recent update changed the on-TV display when playing through my Chromecast (first gen). Unfortunately, some of the font choices are quite poor in that I can't read the played / remaining times. The unplayed section of the timeline is also very difficult to see. 

 

The obvious answer is to adjust my TV's settings, but put frankly I use known calibrated settings, for a high quality television, and do not have any similar issues with any other content. The problem here is the choice of dark grey text on a black background. Please just use white text. 

 

The artist name is quite small, too.

I have already posted my feedback about the text being hard to read and the product owner has made it noted. If you add your voice, it would really help out.
