My Question or Issue

Hello,I'm an artist. and I have uploaded my music via a distribution service almost a year ago.Seven days ago i tried to claim my artist profile.I connected via my twitter and instagram page.I also added my facebook page but i still haven't heard from them.Should i contact them? should i wait longer? Does anyone has the same problem as mine ??
