Rather than provide help to the issue on your help page, Spotify sends me to the community. Then there's no way to post my topic.

Keep in mind that you can find the Help section by clicking the 3-lines menu in the upper right corner of the page, and you can post any question or issue you're experiencing in the relevant board for others to see and be able to help.
