Confusing messages. (Both Windows PC and Android Phone)

NOTE: As it covered two different devices and I didn't want to put it twice, I put it here instead.

Both are logged in on the same account.

Spotify on my PC tells me I have 48 songs on a playlist.

YET

Spotify on my Android Phone lists the same playlist as having 63 Songs.

I'm a bit confused about this. Even when I delete all of the tracks on the playlist from my computer as it would take too long to do it on my phone, the thing lists the playlist at 15 songs inside on my phone. Yet, when I open the playlist on my phone, it's still empty. Has anyone else had this problem?
