Connection is lost on Surface Pro 2

Hi

I've been trying to use the spotify desktop app on my Surface Pro but the connection is constantly lost, even though i never have any other problems streaming media in other programs or browsing websites.

Any idea what this problem could be? I've tried the Windows compatibility troubleshooter with no success.

Finding this very frustrating and a total waste of my premium account!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Strange, can you see if any errors are being logged in the console output from the client?

Doesn't look like it, its just an empty black box. Should it be saying something? I thought it might be the bluetooth connection but turned that off and still having problems! Can't be the network cause spotify runs without any problems on my vista laptop in the same room...
