Continue developing my app or not? Need help on compliance with Developer Service Terms.

Solved!

Continue developing my app or not? Need help on compliance with Developer Service Terms.

Hi all,

Im currently in the explore phase of developing an android app on top of Spotify APIs. After thoroughly reading the Developer Term of Service and Legal Terms, I am in doubt that my app would see the public light. Therefore, Im in need of getting in touch with one of you that could be so kind to quickly skim through my app pitch/idea and give a red og green light. Could you help me with this?

I could always post my question on spotify github or stackoverflow but its says to only ask technical questions concerning the API's or SDK's. My question is more like a legal, commercial, idea, startup question.

office@spotify.com couldnt help me either and redirected me to the developer internet site.

Best regards from Norway, Morten Haga.

Hey @mortenhaga,

I'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the below ways.

Contact form: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
