Denon AVR-X2100W - No Spotify Connect

Just purchased a new Denon receiver and everything is working OK except Spotify connect, it doesn't show as a device on the connect page. I can stream everything via AirPlay OK, but connect doesn't show. They are both running on the same network, but I wonder if there are any settings I need to consider for spotify specifically. I have tried searching the forums but haven't come up with anything so far. If anyone could point me in the direction of some help it would be much appreciated!

Not working here, AVR X2100W The Netherlands

Didn't work here either, till I tried playing the Nordic summer soundtrack. Played good. Than changed to vance joy radio and still plays. Fingers crossed! I'm bases in the Netherlands

Seems to work again on my CEOL N4 again as well! Awesome!

Seems to work in Sweden and together with Denon X1100 . Friday night last week was not funny and the receiver and Spotify was not My best friends;)
Hope it remains stable.

This afternoon I got an update from Spotify, it seem to work out well but after skipping to the 3rd song, AGAIN, the faillure occured.

 

It does stil not work well in The Netherlands....

 

Joe - from the Executive team of Spotify, please help us out on this. It is really not fun with Spotify running like this.

 

I will also post Denon Netherlands, to put more pressure on this case!

 

I gave you guys already more details of my setup, so hope you can work on it again ASAP!

Running perfectly for all evening for me on my Denon AVR-X4100W in Sweden.
Is it any specific albums not working for you?

Works with the Pete Townsend/Ronnie Lan Rough Mix album. That was a problem album earlier.

I did some quick testing. Looks like it is working again.

More extensive testing tomorrow.

The Android Spotify app was updated this morning and connect is working again. (Finland)

Worked for 2 songs, after that the problem returned for me.
X1100W in the Netherlands.

This morning I still have problems with my  Denon AV-X3100W (Netherlands) when switching to other playlists (reconnecting).

And when in a number choosing to start number at specific time (no response) ...

 

I do see improvements; I am able to play numbers in onde playlist.

Im in the uk with a denon 2100w mine stopped working a week ago. Been following this thread and have to report as of this morning it is working fine, woohoo thank you everyone, for getting it sorted. 😜
