Denon X3300 no subwoofer signal

Hi,

I have a Denon X3300 receiver with Spotify connect feature. I use Android app to connect to the receiver, it works but I get 2.0 only. I cant find a option in the receiver to enable 2.1 (front speakers + subwoffer).

I also have the same receiver and the same problem  Would love to know how to resolve the issue. Sounds great as 2.0 but would love to get the sub to add the low.

By default the subwoofer is disabled for 2.0. You need to run the calibration software. It will turn on the sobwoofer if you speakers cant deliver the bass required

You need to change your sub settings from LFE to LFE+Main
