is there any chance to play songs with Spotify premium on Denver 4044 MP4-Player?

Sorry, but you won't be able to.

 

Spotify will only work on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and a few other platforms that they have apps on.

 

Spotify requires the app to work. Unfortunately, they do not have an app for your device.
