Hello -
I can't figure out how to fix offline mode on my web player. I have signed out and signed back in. Restarted. Signed out of my app. Deleted cache/cookies. Tried in both Firefox and Chrome. Nothing.
Any advice?

If you would like to use Offline mode, we recommend downloading the standalone-client. You can download it here if you are using a computer.
The Web Player is a stripped version of the official release. The plus side is that you don't need to install anything.
