get phone support, it's very stupid to depend upon other people for such a big streaming company. I'm trying to figure out why my music isn't playing in order by song.

Spotify doesn't offer phone support currently, but we'll be happy to help here.

Can you clarify what you mean by that your music isn't playing in order by song? Does playback not start at all?

It would be great if you let us know what device you're experiencing the issue on as well.
