Discover Weekly - international songs due to hidden playlists?

Hi All

For some time, my discover weekly playlist has always had a few Latin American songs in it, despite me not speaking Spanish or being a follower of this music.

Since Your Daily Mix, this hasn't been an issue for me, but today having found an app to convert Apple Music playlists to Spotify called SongShift (got a free Apple Music sub with my phone provider but don't like it!), when it asks me to select an existing Spotify playlist or a new one for the transfer, I can see three playlists with names such as Espanol and Colombia.

Now I can't see these in my Spotify library what so ever on the iOS app or my Mac, so is this a glitch on the SongShift app, or have I somehow followed these playlists and this is why I get Latin American music in my Discover Weekly?
