Discover Weekly playlist is different in Desktop player and android player

Discover Weekly playlist is different in Desktop player and android player

Hi, do you have somebody similar issue with discover weekly playlist when you have one version of playlist on desktop player and different version of playlist on android. I am using same premium account on both - desktop and android. I've tried to restart both app (desktop and android) to get new playlist (sometimes it happens that discover weekly playlist refreshes only after app restart) but it didn't help in this case.

Hey @meda2207, thanks for reaching out to us.

 

Just to make sure you don't have other Spotify accounts, try following this troubleshooting.

 

If you're sure you're using the same account, this could be caused by your phone's cache keeping the old playlist, instead of updating it. Try restarting your device and reinstalling Spotify to make sure all cache is removed.

Hello, 

 

sometimes we order a playlist by title, artist name, album, or date. The playlist can be the same but with a different order, we might not recognize it.  If this is the case you can click 3 times on the column title, for instance, "title", so it does reset the order.

 

It happened to me, so I thought I could share it.
