I've been on Spotify for about a month now (not including the time spent on my old account), and I'm having some trouble with the Discover Weekly playlist. It still hasn't shown up, and when I go to the Discover Weekly page, it says it is unable to generate my playlist. Help pls? (pic not related)

Private session might be the reason why, not sure.

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

Could you please let me know the following:

 

  1. Do you regularly listen with Private Session?
  2. Have you been streaming music recently?

 

 

1. Yes, I do regularly listen with Private Session

2. Yes, I have. I stream music daily
