As the title states, my discover weekly hasnt updated for two weeks in a row. I have tried unfollowing and following again, making it available offline, but it hasnt helped.

First off, have you tried logging out and back in of the app and resetting your device by switching it off for a couple of minutes?
I'd also recommend performing a clean reinstallation to refresh the app completely.
