Do the 15 hours of listening time for audiobooks apply only to streaming?

If I download an audiobook (premium subscription), can I listen for longer than the 15 hours?

Nope, 15 hours a month is all we are supposed to enjoy unless we pay $12 for every additional 10 hours we want to listen. Audible has pretty competitive pricing and a wider selection. Once I'm done with this book, I'm switching over.
