Downloaded playlists disappear if no wifi

I am on premium, only for a few months.first few worked fine then about a month ago I got email from spotify saying had to delete and reinstall due to a security breach or something. Ever since then, as soon as I leave wifi my playlists disappear. It either says there are no tracks or will say no sd card or spotify wont load at all. I listen to music mostly when out and about so unless I get this sorted its a waste of money paying for premium! Help would be greatly appreciated!!

Could you try the steps in this post to perform a clean reinstall.
