Duo Plan Member Login

Hi Guys

I have just upgraded to Duo Plan and invited my wife as a Plan Member. Previous she just had the free plan. We now have her on my account profile as a Plan Member. The issue is we are try to get her signed in to the Spotify account on our new Tesla which is asking for 'Username' and 'Password'. Previously her password was by face recognition. What is the procedure to get her signed in??

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 


We moved your post from Chat to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.


In this case, we recommend that your wife checks if she created her account with Google (or another option) in order to enter the email and password by looking for it in the Tesla display (the Spotify log in section). If she doesn't remember the password, she can reset it here.


Lastly, if this doesn't help, send us over your Tesla model to check this further.
