Email Notifications for new releases not working

Release which I was not notified about

The email notifications are not working. King Gizz dropped this track 6 days ago. There are no emails in my inbox. I have scoured it. Anyone else having this problem?

This has been happening now and then from the day I started using email notifications.

It would be great if you could make this service more reliabe.

We're no longer sending email notifications for every new release. If you're opted into New Music notifications, you should receive one email a week that highlights new releases from the artists you follow alongside a link to your Release Radar playlist. This is the best place to see all new releases from the artists you follow 🙂

Like I mentioned before, there was no email notification for this release. It was not included in the weekly summary notification, nor was there an individual notification. I suspect your summary notification is not picking up all new releases of artists I am following.

Why exactly would you remove a good feature like that? At least give a reason for your inane decisions.

Release radar is half full of artists whose releases I don't care about.
