Even after I signed out of everywhere there’s still someone in my account

Even after I signed out of everywhere there’s still someone in my account

Last night I noticed some random songs were listed in my continue listening to area, I immediately changed my password & logged into the website to sign out everywhere. Even after doing that there is still someone on my account listening to music I don’t listen to. What can I do to get them out of my account?

Hi yesterday I noticed when I opened my spotify to listen to some songs I noticed a few playlists appeared that I have never heard before or seen and I don’t listen to that kinda music. While I was driving my music stoped I opened the app and someone was i my profile trying to listen to music too. Got very annoyed and reset my password. Later in the day I noticed that the problem was still there he is still in my profile. I changed the password 2 more times and even logged off all of my devices from my account and still he is in my profile after I changed the password last time. Can you help me please!

Hey @Vanko2,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.

We appreciate all the troubleshooting you've done so far. Taking into account that you've changed the password twice and already logged out everywhere, since this is an account-related issue and we don't have access to users' accounts on the Community, as @Vasil mentioned before, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
