Why isn't the full album on the app? Just the single, king of errors, is on there but apparently on the website the full album is there, the "international version".

Just having a look in the catalogue the album appears to only be available in country codes:

Is there anyway I can change my country or something? Appreciate the reply!

Unfortunately not unless you are either located in another country or you have a payment method from another country (which you can use to verify the change).
