FRUSTATED!!!!!!!!!

I am so pissed.  For the past couple of weeks I've been trying to log in to my account (which decided to log itself out) and I wouldn't remember my username and password.  I tried logging in with facebook and it would ask me to log in using my Spotify account (which I couldn't remember).  I've seeked help from Spotify and was emailed each time to go to Community Help. That didn't help, either.  Now all of a sudden my account is open, but EVERY song that I had on my account is gone. I tried to retrieve my playlists and it says that I haven't deleted any playlists.  Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?

I think it sounds like you have duplicate accounts. You'll have to get in touch with Spotify staff through the contact form, and they'll be able to sort this out for you. However, this time, when you get an automated response, make sure to reply to that email, even if the address says 'no-reply', as this makes sure your information is sent to the right team.
