Falling out of love with Spotify

Hi all I have had Spotify premium for over 12 months and have it syncd to my I phone and I pad. Over the last week or so I seem to keep having to re download everything pulling the available off line toggle over to green and waiting for everything to down load. I did it on my I phone the other day and my ipad yesterday, this morning though again my phone had nothing to play off line. I am currently again down loading everything again. Any tips ? Can't understand why suddenly this is happening I use it every day (Phone) and have just over 2000 tracks. Any words of wisdom ? Is the 29 day limit is reached on my ipad would this also affect my phone ?
