My Question or Issue

We have a Family Premium for my wife and I and our two daughters. However, they seem to have become entangled so that when one of us is listening, others can't play something different

Hi @Madelliesdad, thanks for writing!

 

This is happening most likely because some of you are logged in the same account. Each Spotify account (even when in the Family plan) are completely independent, so my suggestion is that you log out and then back in, making sure you're all using the correct login details.
