Find artist category

Ran across an artist from another app. Searched for it on here and found it. How do I find what category that artist is under cause I like these types of songs.

Unfortunately there is no way to see what genre an artist is on their Spotify artist page.

You could do a google search and there should be several ways to see the genre such as Wikipedia.
