Fire TV app has same Xbox One app "You're Offline" Message

Have both an Xbox One S and Fire TV, both apps have had "You're Offline" screen for several days. Mainly focused on the Fire TV for troubleshooting. I just uninstalled from the Xbox since I don't use that often. Back to Fire TV app, I cleared the data and cache and uninstalled, restarted box and downloaded and installed app again with no resolution. Performed this daily for the past few days with no change to "You're Offline".

App has zero functionality other than it will play music if the listening on "Fire TV" device is selected through my android phone or on the desktop app, both of which work fine. While music plays through the Fire TV it still has the black "You're Offline" error screen.

Thinking of cancelling and just going with Amazon Unlimited if this doesn't get resolved soon, I'm liking the ability to see the music lyrics on some songs with their product.
