Fire TV multi device blurred image

I’d like to play Spotify on all my Amazon echo devices along with my fire TV, and have the clear image displayed on the currently listening screen. It shows it normally when only played on the tv, but the image is blurred when playing on multiple devices. I’d love if that was changed. I’m also not able to sync the audio on the tv with the rest of the speakers. 500ms doesn’t end up being enough, not sure if that’s my TV or the app. Thank you
