Flash webplayer is sh|t, and needs to be fixed  and adressed.

Well, I agree you on that 100% but leaving your Kudos and comments there gets that Idea forward and maybe implemented in the future. If the Idea doesn't get enough Kudos then it will be closed as Inactive Idea. Every Kudo matters a lot.
