Friend feed disappeared, "Find Friends" instead

I'm not premium, but today when I was listening to Spotify the friend feed disappeared on me and in it's place (right side-bar) there's an option to find friends and it says "See what your friends are playing" above it.

Can I fix this? Or does it fix itself with some time?

The friend feed disappeares, when for some time no of your friends listens to music and comes back, when they hear music again...

That happens when none of your friends listens to music in 7 days. In my case some of them were listening to music 30min before it disappeared.

Also this has happened 3 times the past week and it usually takes a day for it to come back to normal.
