Galaxy Watch3, cannot login

Iphone 6 and iphone X \ Galaxy watch3

For the login I have 2 choices:

- Pair on Phone

- Spotify

Whatever option you choose, the result is the same,

It comes the following message:

You are now streaming on your watch

Listen to your music over wifi without your phone

And nothing happen.

I ve already tried many times to install back the app, both on iphone and galaxy watch 3.

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!

We're currently investigating a similar issue occurring on Galaxy Active 2. In case reinstalling the app didn't do the trick you can check out this Ongoing Issue and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

still not working. and by the post of other users, i m not the only one. ios paired with galaxy watch, spotify app doesn't work.
