Giftcard PIN code is Unreadable

My Question or Issue

I have just bought a 12 month gift card for Spotify premium and the gift cards back pin got scratched and became unreadable for the first half of the PIN. I need assistance to see if there is anyway to retrieve the PIN code. I have the card# and on my receipt it shows that it is activated.

Please someone help me as I really hope I didn't waste a lot of money.
