Giftcard werkt niet

beste ,
ik heb de code van mijn giftcard juist ingegeven en word niet aanvaard heb ze gisteren gekocht 30 euro voor 3 maanden.dit is de melding die ik krijg : Helaas lijkt deze Premium-code niet geldig te zijn. Probeer het opnieuw of neem contact op met de klantenservice.
ps: wat moet ik doen

There are a few characters that one can misread - e.g. a zero can be the letter O or an I can be misread for a 1.
